Terms of sale and return

Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We are not liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of offerings of products. Certain products or Services may be available only online through our website, and delivered only in Italy, unless otherwise agreed with us.

We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or Services that we offer. All descriptions of products are subject to change without notice, at the sole discretion of us.

By using the site and the online store you agree to provide complete and accurate information and to promptly update your account, so that we can complete transactions and contact you as needed. You also acknowledge that some products contain allergens as indicated in the individual product information.

We may use third-party services that we do not monitor or control, such as product shipping. We shall have no liability whatsoever arising from or relating to the performance of such third-parties, with whom you have a direct contractual relationship independent of that with us.

You can ask to return the products purchased within 14 days of delivery, without having to provide any justification, by communicating your desire to withdraw via registered letter or email to shop@venicebeer.it. You must then return the product intact and in its original packaging within 14 days of the withdrawal communication, according to the instructions we will give you. The costs of returning the products are at your expense.

We will refund the full amount paid, including any shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving the request for withdrawal. The refund will be made via the same payment method used for the purchase.

Limitation of liability

In no event shall we, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort, strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any content, even if advised of our possibility of such damages.
